Our Retirement Communities
Front Porch: A Community of Communities
Front Porch was formed in 1999 when the board members of California Lutheran Homes and Community Services, Pacific Homes Corporation and FACT Retirement Services realized that by merging backroom operations like finance, information technology and human resources, they could create a dynamic system that would enhance and strengthen the missions of all three organizations. Front Porch is a non-profit organization serving non-profit communities.
Today, Front Porch supports 11 full-service retirement communities in California and 2 active adult independent living communities in Louisiana and Florida.
The organization is enhancing the quality of life for those served through independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and special care services.
Dedicated to enhancing the lives and lifestyles of seniors, Front Porch creates communities that “celebrate the individual”. Each community offers a unique style and flavor with a broad range of choice and service offering each resident the opportunity to “live life their way”. Each of the 13 communities has its own distinct personality, history and setting.
